The training consisted of two parts. The first, conducted in the morning, was Outlook training. Subjects taught included using the rules wizard, quick parts and other various features of Outlook to speed up their organisation of emails.
The afternoon was an intermediate Excel training session. With 15 people attending and their previous experience ranging from the basic to semi-advanced I had my work cut out for me. I decided to concentrate on Pivot Tables showing them how to do basic data analysis and present that data using Charts. I also included some basic functions . Due to only having 3 hours I directed many of the delegates to our rapidly expanding Excel Video training.
One of the cool new features in Excel 2016 is the maps feature but it's enables you to look at Maps I'll create a video for that so watch this space.
