Today was an Adobe Animate training course in Oxford for Blue Cross. I was looking out for cute little animals but none were to be found. Now, the three on the course was from the Design team and they were wanting to create animated banners for Google ads. So we went nice as steady, explaining how to use the timeline, key frames, Symbols, buttons and Movie Clips and when and how you should use these features in Adobe Animate. You know for a while now I've been asked to do Animate Training and I've refused. But when I realised it's basically the same as Flash then I realised I was turning down work I could do. So glad I did it. |

The art of trainingI've seen many things the good the bad and the darn right ugly. Not that perfection in training is anything I've achieved but sometimes a bit of empathy and common sense can make the person you're training feel at ease and aid training. Archives
